Any product not purchased directly from Ilana Plug.
3. Return Process

Ship the product back according to the instructions provided.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued in the same offline method used for the original payment, as Ilana Plug does not accept electronic payments.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products only.
If an exchange is approved, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost to the customer.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are generally responsible for the cost of returning products unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Ilana Plug will cover shipping costs for replacements in case of defective or wrong products.
